200% xp rune is missing

I talked to the npc got the stuff, thanks btw and i decided not to open the rune and instead go to level my alts, and when i look neither my alts or my mains have the rune. there's an empty slot in the inventory. Not complaining just asking wtf is going on.

Please submit a Support Ticket via the Account Panel, that is to handle this kind of personal issue, at the panel we have tools to detect any issue with lost items.

If you still had an issue with your account after we stabilize the server please contact us asap by Account Panel.

Ha nevermind some dude just told me you can ask for it back on the NPC. Consider this thread closed.
