HP bug on Immortal Plateau

Hello, I check exping by Orc Shaman and found some strange thing.
goblin lvl 12 has much more HP than any mobs here, especially more than golem, which regularly has more hp than any mobs on spot
Goblin Tomb Raider Leader has 1996 hp
nearest Graystone Golem has 357 hp
and bat here have ~304 hp
I don't think that his mob should be so overpowered, couse it on the same spot, the same lvl as others and in one questline. And this mob really stop your progression on start

Все орки на старте были просто счастливы
 
Fabio Fabio Grundor Grundor plz fix that goblins. Orc's and moslty Orc fighters who want to become Orc raider suffer terribly because u need over 2 or 3 our's to kill that goblins and get 1st profession.

so...How long we will be ignored?
I think many orc's drop game try to done this 2 quests

*All HP takes from Innadril.wiki, except Goblin Tomb Raider Leader. You may change them couse i saw ingame little more HP, but i don't have enogth time to run and check every mob.
 
This is not a 'bug' per se. This is how this monster was intended to be.

A quick Google Search reveals that the monster is as intended by NCSoft.

Also, please note that the Wiki only displays the base stats of each monster without taking into account modifiers (i.e.: NPC passive skills).
 
2 Weeks ignoring a bug, which have a huge impact for a whole race is impressive...
