We have no rules governing the use of cyclic macros. You are free to use them as you please. :)

This is not a 'bug' per se. This is how this monster was intended to be. A quick Google Search reveals that the monster is as intended by NCSoft. Also, please note that the Wiki only displays the base stats of each monster without taking into account modifiers (i.e.: NPC passive skills).

If you have an SSD, move the client there. If that is not an option, a crude 'fix' is what Franz suggested. Run L2.exe. If you get an error regarding a specific file while running L2.exe it means an update for it has been released and you have to run the launcher.

Please try running the updater as an administrator as well as assigning administrative privileges to SystemInnadril/l2.exe

If you have an SSD drive, please move the client there.

Please create a shortcut for L2.exe and run the game like this. If a critical update has been released, then you will get an appropriate message and you will have to run the updater.

That is not a 'bug' or an 'issue'. All players have to have an updated client to access the server. :)
