Can't read the language but had similar case, remember that to log in game you put login: XX_your login and password where XX are two letters you chose when creating account that you need to put too. I've been getting error since i only used my login without those letters.

Ok not to be rude but I'm not an idiot I just had a long break from L2. Your wiki was the first thing I read through before going in game. So I assume that there are only quests up to lvl 19 for starters and class change quests plus moon armor quest on server? No adena quests for farming locations?
