Essentially, the server is sending an 'incorrect account details' error, but the latest client is configured to close itself once it receives it. Windows then interprets this as the client crashing and throws this error. We are working on solving this so that people know that they have entered...

Just in case, please ensure that your account details are correct. If you have an account from the previous Innadril server, it cannot be used on Improved. Are you using a new account?

Please create a new game account and make sure the ID & password you are entering is correct.

The issue has been resolved. Topic locked.

If you had an account on the old x3 server, you cannot use it to enter the game anymore. You will need to create a new game account. The client is forcefully closed when incorrect account information is entered.

We suspect this issue has got to do with the live server's configuration as it cannot be reproduced on the test server. We expect that it will be resolved today.
