SB's droprate

I could understand low drop rate for SB's like CoV or PoF or any other high lvl buff but for VR or DW chance to be 0.08 or 0.06? Even with premium account and +30% drop rate rune chance doesn't even go up to 0.1%.
Is it classic feature or just this servers? Any chances to increase drop rate ?

Yes it's normal for classic. U can check drop rate in official base l2.central. DW is one of the most important sb for melee. All melee clasess have significant boots with DW+ othel rune. And about VR, u can use shillen oracle as window or fishing buff, if u realy need that buff.
