Features Updated World Trade

In contrast to the previous project and due to the introduction of RMT functions, the personal account balance and the trade balance have been separated. All operations in the World Trade are available only when there is a corresponding balance!

Before you start using the features of the World Trade, familiarize yourself with the topic and its description!​

How to Top Up the World Trade Balance​

• Go to the Balance Replenishment page in the Account Control Panel and top up the Marketplace balance if there are no funds on it.

Attention! Do not confuse the regular balance with the Marketplace balance; they are different accounts! You cannot use the features of the World Trade with the regular balance!​

How to withdraw funds from the World Trade Balance​

To withdraw funds from the World Trade Balance, players are provided with two options: transfer to the Master Account balance without a fee and transfer to a real money account with a 25% commission.

• Withdrawal requests are processed weekly (on Mondays), with subsequent transfer to the payment system, which may take from 24 to 72 hours.
• The maximum waiting time for funds to be transferred to a bank card or electronic wallet is 14 days.

Transfer to Master Account Balance​

To transfer funds from the Global Trade balance to the Personal Account balance, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Withdrawal page in the Account Control Panel .
2. Select 'To master account.'
3. Specify the amount of balance you want to transfer to the Personal Account.
4. Enter your PIN-CODE and confirm the transfer. The PIN-CODE ensures security, ensuring that Master Account and Marketplace funds will not be used without your knowledge.

The transfer to the Personal Account balance is instant.

Note!
Funds transferred from the World Trade balance to the Master Account cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or returned to the World Trade account.

Withdrawal to Real Account​

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30 Balance = 30 Euro.
To transfer balance from the World Trade account to a bank card or electronic wallet, follow the steps below:

• Go to the Withdrawal page in the Personal Account.
  
  
• Select the 'Electronic wallet/Bank card'*
  *In the Binance category, only USDT TRC20 wallets are available for withdrawal.
• Choose the relevant payment system.
• Specify the amount of balance you want to withdraw to your real account.
• Enter your PIN-CODE and confirm the transfer. The PIN-CODE ensures security, ensuring that Master Account and Marketplace funds will not be used without your knowledge.

Withdrawal requests are processed weekly (On Mondays until 06:00 (GMT+3), all requests submitted after the specified time will be included in the list for the following week), after which they are transferred to the payment system, which may take an additional 24-72 hours. The transfer of funds to your bank account is completed within 14 days.
